What methods of shipment do you offer?
Currently we offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. If circumstances prevent you from receiving UPS deliveries, please contact us for shipment alternatives. All orders are shipped from New York City. Shipping costs can be determined by visiting UPS.com and selecting Calculate Time & Cost. Use your zip code and our zip code, 10011 and enter a weight of 1 lb. to give you an estimate of delivery time and cost.

- UPS 3 Day Select - Guaranteed air delivery in 3 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed air delivery in 2 business days

Satya Shipping Disclaimer
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a UPS shipping notification via e-mail including your tracking number with your expected delivery date.
Please make sure that all entered shipping information is correct and up to date! In the event that you need an address correction please contact us right away with your updated shipping address. Any orders that are redirected due to address correction or incomplete address (i.e. floor #, house number, or apt #) will be charged a $10 fee (this fee is set by UPS).
Please make sure you have made arrangements for the delivery of your order. Satya Jewelry cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment which is equivalent to the amount paid for shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
We do offer shipping via UPS internationally, but we would be more than happy to ship your order via USPS, however these orders must be placed over the telephone. However, Satya Jewelry will not be responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit by the United States Postal Service.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that international shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Contact your countries customs office for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on satyajewelry.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Our standard carrier UPS, does not deliver to PO Box addresses. An actual physical address must be provided for delivery. We are happy to ship to FPO and APO addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please enter APO or FPO as your city along with any specific delivery instructions in the Comments section.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 10am EST will be processed the following business day. All in stock orders with UPS Ground shipment will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Orders with expedited shipment will be shipped that business day. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
What should I do if I havent received my order?
Please use the tracking number you received via e-mail from UPS to track your order. If you have not received a tracking number, please e-mail or call us at 1.877.SATYA.NY and we can track your package for you. If the tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with our shipping carrier. Please do not file a claim with your credit card company until we have completed our shipping investigation.

Our business hours for placing an order by telephone are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. If you're calling outside of these times, please leave a message and we will reply to you promptly. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa and money order. If you are interested in purchasing an item by money order, click here for an order form to include with your payment. Please make sure money order is for the exact dollar amount of your purchase including shipping costs.
How do I cancel/ update my order?

How is my order packaged?
All items purchased at our boutiques and online store come beautifully packaged with a jewelry box, gemstone and symbol meaning booklet. Our presentation and packaging makes a beautiful gift every time and is practical for traveling and storing your jewelry. 18kt gold items come with our red silk boxes and our fold out booklet. Your order will all be securely packaged in a cardboard shipping box which is padded with tissue paper.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
All gifts will be shipped with a packing slip which does not include pricing information. Please include a gift message if you wish in the comments section, it will be printed and packaged along with the order. What is the return policy?
If you would like to return an item from your website order, we offer a 30-day full refund on items sent back unworn, tags attached and in their original packaging. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you would like something in exchange, please visit the website to place a new order. Items purchased through the website must be mailed back to the warehouse for refund; Satya boutique locations are unable to process these orders. We will issue credit for the returned items to the original order payment method and notify you of the refund via e-mail. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns such as pendants, single earrings, or necklaces without pendants. Please print, fill out, and return this form along with your items you wish to return for a refund. Please make sure to thoroughly read through the return requirements. Can I return my web order to the boutiques?
Items purchased through the website must be mailed back to the warehouse for refund; Satya boutique locations are unable to process these orders.
I have received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please e-mail or call us at 1.877.SATYA.NY . We will issue you a return shipping label to have your item sent back to us, free of charge. Once we have received the original item, we will send you a replacement.
Is there a warranty on the jewelry?
Satya Jewelry offers a one year warranty on all items purchased through our boutiques and online store (this warranty does not apply to items purchased during our sample sales).
How do I get my piece repaired?
If you require a repair please print and fill out this form and ship it to the address listed below. Items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If your warranty has expired there will be a small fee to cover the cost of your repair. Please e-mail us with a short description of what needs repair for an estimate of costs.

Do you design special request orders and customize jewelry?
We are always happy to hear your ideas and inspirations, but we do not make single pieces of customized jewelry. We offer a wide variety of sacred symbols and semi-precious gemstones to choose from. The combinations are designed uniquely so that the healing energy of the metals, stones, and symbols compliment each other and the person wearing the jewelry. Variations of these designs (different chains, gemstones, pendants, metals) are only available at our biannual sample sales here in New York City. If you are interested in knowing more about these types of events, please sign up for the Satya mailing list on the front page of our website.
Do you sell individuals pendants, chains, or earrings?
Unfortunately, due to inventory reasons, we cannot sell our components individually.

Jewelry Care Instructions
To ensure the luster of your jewelry, prevent tarnishing and scratching; store your Satya Jewelry in an airtight plastic bag when it is not being worn. Remove jewelry prior to bathing, exercising, cleaning, swimming, gardening, and applying cosmetics. Exposure to water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive humidity or cleaning agents may cause discoloration, alter lengths and effect finish quality of the jewelry. Our matte sterling silver can be cleaned best with our specialty matte polishing paper available for purchase at any Satya boutiques or online. (link online to polishing paper)
What is the best way to clean my Satya Jewelry?
We have researched extensively what cleans Satya Jewelry the best, based on the matte finish we use for all our designs. We found a special cleaning paper that is the most effective at retaining the matte finish while removing tarnish. This is available for purchase through the website; Click here to purchase polishing paper (link to polishing paper).The 24kt gold vermeil cannot be cleaned due to the plated matte gold finish.
Do you have a catalog?
At this time our website is the most up to date catalog we offer. Our collection is ever evolving as we design new & beautiful pieces of jewelry regularly. New styles and designs are added to the website seasonally.

Satya pieces are created with pride by artisans in New York City and Thailand. Satya works in conjunction with the people of Thailand known as the Hill Tribe, master metal and jewelry artisans who have been perfecting their craft for generations.
