What do I need to open a wholesale account?
Please e-mail valiance@satyajewelry.com with a brief description and
location of your business. You will receive the information you need
within 1 week.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Satya Jewelry does offer regional exclusivity within a zipcode. However we
do reserve the right to review accounts, and decide if the relationship is
healthy for both businesses.
What are Satya Jewelry's payment terms?
To simplify the process, only credit card payment will be accepted
How do I order?
Wholesale accounts may order at any time as our mechandise is sold on a
first come, first served basis. To place a wholesale order please include
style number, description, quantity, and price.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our resellers are encouraged to order 4-6 weeks prior to any holiday, to
ensure a timely delivery. Other times of the year, if everything is in stock,
an order should ship within two weeks.
Do prices differ between resellers and Satya Jewelry's website/store?
Satya Jewelry had a firm policy that all product is sold at our suggested
retail price. The product is tagged with the suggested retial price
when shipped
If I am a reseller of Satya Jewelry, What is the process for repairs?
Damaged product received by our wholesale customers must be returned
within 14 days. If the product is sold to one of your customers, and it is in
need of repair for manufacturing defects, it must be returned to you.
We offer a 6 month guarantee on the jewelry from the day you receive it.

jewelry, as well as a copy of the invoice from which the jewelry was sold to you.

One of my customers would like an item/s I do not have instock,
can I call and place an order for them?
We have a minimum for reorders, that must be fulfilled. Although, if you have
something on backorder with us, we would be delighted to include additional
items with that order
Do you design special orders or custom jewelry?
At this time we do not, but we would be happy to hear your requests and
suggestions, as we are constantly designing and updating our collection.

What is the best way to clean Satya Jewelry?
We have researched what cleans Satya Jewelry the best, based on the matte
finish we use for all our designs. We offer special cleaning paper which can
be viewed on our website, as the most effective at retaining the matte finish
while removing tarnish.
- The cleaning paper is available for purchase to our resellers at a wholesale price.
- The 24kt Gold Vermeil Cannot be cleaned due to the plated matte gold finish.
How is Satya jewelry packaged?
Each piece is polybagged. Attached to the jewelry is a string tag describing
symbol meanings, healing stone properties, and the suggested retail price.
