How do I order Satya Jewelry?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa.

Can I use a promotional code to make a purchase online?
Of course you can! Simply enter your promotional code when prompted during the checkout process. Please note that promotional 
codes are not valid on already reduced items, the Treasure Box, or charity pieces.

Will I be charged sales tax for my order?
Satya Jewelry is required to charge applicable sales tax. Tax will be calculated during checkout, and will be included in your order
total before you confirm your order.

Will I be a charged brokerage fee if I am shipping outside of the US?
Please contact your country's customs office for details.


Is the credit card information I submit secure?
All of our online ordering processes use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information. If you do 
not feel comfortable placing an order online, you can place it over the phone by calling us at 1-877-SATYA-NY (1-877-728-9269).

Can I place my order through email?
We do not accept orders via email. Instead, please order online or give us a call at 1-877-SATYA-NY (1-877-728-9269).

How do I cancel/update my order?
 Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled or modified. Please note that we try to begin processing orders as quickly as
 possible to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, please contact us via phone or email as soon as you realize you’d like 
to make a change. Please have your order number handy.


How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been received. After 5 pm on that business day, you will receive 
another email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

I have received notification that an item is out of stock. Can I be put on a wait list?
We’re sorry about that! Unfortunately, we do not accept wait lists for items. You can contact us if you would like to find out more 
information about the item, including whether or not we will be receiving more quantities. Keep in mind that we often offer pre-orders
 for our limited edition collections, in order to ensure that you receive the pieces you most covet.

I added an item to my cart. Does that guarantee that I have the item?
Your cart is not guaranteed until you proceed to check out with your order. We do our best to maintain an up-to-date inventory,
 but during times of increased shopping traffic,  inventory discrepancies do sometimes occur. If we are unable to fulfill your order in 
its entirety, you will receive an email notification, and will be refunded the purchase price for any sold-out items. Please allow up to 
one week for credit card charges to be reversed.

SHIPPING

Satya Shipping Disclaimer
Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address 
correction, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any 
orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee.

Satya Jewelry cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return 
shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.

You will receive a UPS shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.

If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.

*Canadian orders that have selected standard shipping are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). 
These orders will also be subject to a Canadian duty tax (usually $5-$10).

What methods of shipment do you offer?
Our orders are shipped via UPS using one of the following options:
Ground (1-10 business days)
3-Day Select
2nd Day Air
Next Day Air.

If you are unable to receive UPS deliveries, please contact us for shipping alternatives.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs can be determined by visiting www.UPS.com and selecting “Calculate Time & Cost.” Enter 10011
 as the shipping zip code, your zip code as the recipient zip code, and a weight of 1 lb.


When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 10am EST will be processed the following business day. All UPS Ground orders that 
are in-stock will be processed and shipped within 72 hours.
Orders with expedited shipping must be placed before 12pm EST in order to be shipped that day.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends and holidays.


Do you ship to internationally?
Orders placed on www.satyajewelry.com can be shipped to the following countries:

PLEASE NOTE: International shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs
 office for more information on these fees. If an order is placed online, but is undeliverable, you will be responsible for all 
shipping charges, including duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping. These charges will be 
deducted from your merchandise refund.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes – a physical address must be provided for delivery.

Do you ship to military addresses?
We will gladly ship to FPO and APO addresses via USPS. Please enter APO or FPO as your city, along with any specific 
livery information, in the comments section.

RETURNS, REPAIRS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return my web order to a Satya Jewelry boutique?
Our website and our retail stores maintain different inventories. For this reason, all online orders must be returned to 
ur web department. Satya Jewelry boutiques are unable to process online returns.

I have received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?
Please contact customer service via email (customerservice@satyajewelry.com) or phone 1-877-SATYA-NY/212-243-6930 x 104. 
We will issue you a return label to ship the incorrect or damaged item back to us, and discuss how we can fix the problem.

How can I get an item repaired?
If you require a repair, please print and fill out this form and ship it to the address listed below. Items will be replaced or 
repaired at our discretion. If your warranty has expired, there will be a fee to cover the cost of your repair. Please e-mail us with
 a short description of what needs repair for an estimate of costs.

Will you share my information with other companies?
We will never share your information with a third party unless we specifically specify so, as in the case of joint promotions through our social media outlets.

Do you have a catalog?
We do not currently offer a print catalog. You can, however, view a .PDF version of our most recent collection on our facebook page.

Do you offer any discounts?
We periodically extend discounts to those who have signed up for our e-mails and who are our fans on facebook and twitter.

GIFTS

About Satya Jewelry gift cards:
Satya Jewelry offers physical and e-gift cards. Satya Jewelry gift cards do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable both in-store 
and at www.satyajewelry.com. Your gift card number will be required for checkout.

Delivery of a e-gift card to an incorrect but valid email address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.

E-gift cards received in error are subject to immediate.

How can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift certificate in any of the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100 and $500 by clicking here.

Physical gift cards will be subject to shipping charges.

I’d like to go green and send an e-gift card, but I don’t see that option online.
Please give us a call and we can issue an e-gift card for you!

How can I check the balance on my gift card?
Please give us a call or email us and we can let you know the balance on your card.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Please indicate that the order is a gift by checking the appropriate box during your order process. These orders will be shipped with
 a packing slip that does not include pricing information. All items come in a jewelry box, held in an organza bag. This will be shipped 
in a cardboard box padded with tissue paper.

PRODUCT INQUIRIES

Do you sell individual pendants, chains or earrings?
We do not sell individual components or half-pairs of earrings. However, we do offer customization options through our DESIGN STUDIO.

What materials are used in your collection?
Our jewelry falls into three categories – sterling silver, mixed metals, and 18kt gold.

Our silver pieces are made of solid .925 sterling silver.

Our mixed metal jewelry is a gold plate over brass. Between the gold and brass is a layer of palladium, which helps the gold 
bond to the brass inner layer. These mixed metal pieces have a style name that ends in “-B.” Any items described as “gold” fall 
into this category unless specified as 18kt.

Is there a warranty on the jewelry?
Satya Jewelry offers a one year warranty on all items purchased through our boutiques and website. This warranty does not apply to sample sale items.

If you purchased a Satya Jewelry item from a third-party store, please return the item to the store from which you purchased it.

How can I care for my Satya Jewelry?
When you are not wearing Satya Jewelry, it should be stored in an airtight plastic bag. This will prevent tarnishing and scratching. 
Exposure to water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat and humidity and cleaning agents may cause discoloration 
and affect the finish of the jewelry. Sterling silver pieces can be cleaned best with our polishing paper.

What is the best way to clean my jewelry?
After much research, we have found that polishing papers work best to restore luster to our sterling silver pieces. Unfortunately, gold plated jewelry cannot be cleaned.

SATYA JEWELRY DESIGN STUDIO

Can I purchase a single stone, pendant or chain?
At this time, we do not sell individual components. Pendants and stones must be purchased with a chain, and chains cannot be purchased without pendants and/or stones.

Can I add a Design Studio component to a pre-existing necklace?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to pre-existing necklaces.

I like the pendant on a necklace I see on your site, but it’s not available in the Design Studio. Can I add this pendant to my necklace?
The only pendants and stones that are available for the Design Studio are listed in the Design Studio section of our website. We are constantly 
updating our styles, so please check back frequently!
