Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee.

Orders placed after 10am EST will be processed the following business day. All UPS Ground orders that
are in-stock will be processed and shipped within 72 hours.
Orders with expedited shipping must be placed before 12pm EST in order to be shipped that day.
We do not ship or deliver on weekends and holidays.

Satya Jewelry cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return
shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost. \You will receive a UPS shipping notification via e-mail after your order
has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.If you would like to require a signature upon
delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.
*Canadian orders that have selected standard shipping are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). These
orders will also be subject to a Canadian duty tax (usually $5-$10).
