Satya Jewelry cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.
You will receive a UPS shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.
If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.
*Canadian orders that have selected standard shipping are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
These orders will also be subject to a Canadian duty tax (usually $5-$10).
Ground orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Expedited orders placed before 12pm EST are processed the same business day. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

All continental U.S. shipments with orders of $100 or more will receive free shipping via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified . Standard UPS ground rate is $8.95. For orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or International, standard shipping rates apply.
Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to New York State.
Pre-Orders and Design Studio
Some of our items are available for pre-order or custom. The estimated ship date will be stated on the product detail page and/or in the product name and for Design Studio, please allow 3-5 business days. Orders that include pre-order items will appear as "In Progress" in the My Orders section of My Account until the day the item ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information when the pre-ordered item ships. If your order contains multiple items, including both available and pre-order items, available items will ship immediately and you will receive additional shipping confirmations for each subsequent shipment. For pre-ordered items, your credit card will be charged at purchase so that your item can enter production.
