Join this magical week to explore a variety of creative expressions. Over 20 years ago Satya went on a journey of self-discover and Satya Jewelry emerged. She now wants to share all that help her ignite the creative spark within. Through the power of prayer, yoga and creative self-expression this retreat will help you tap into your truth.

Joining her is Kanan Kapila who has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga. She will lead yoga classes throughout the week. All are invited, no yoga experience required just an open mind and a sense of adventure.

The week will include mala making, mediation, kundalini meditations, restorative and vinyasa yoga, journal writing, visualization techniques, breath walks on the beach, mandala making, special evening program, creating a sacred space and lots of free time to dream.

All Materials including gemstone mala kits and journals will be provided in a beautiful Satya Journeys tote bag along with a few other surprises to support you on your journey, valued at over $500.

An artful yoga teacher,  psychotherapist, coach, doula and a mom. Kanan was born in her native India, the birthplace of  Yoga, where she was introduced to the spiritual teachings and practice of meditation at an early age. She is trained and certified in Yoga and leads teacher trainings. Kanan holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work and is Jungian Psychology and Social Neuroscience trained Coach. She recognizes the valuable connection between the modalities; spiritual practice together with her integrative psychotherapy and coaching as a complete practice of wellbeing.

Kanan founded and directed The Vastu Yoga, based on the classical and alignment oriented therapeutic teachings and trainings of yoga and meditation. Kanan approaches Yoga as an art form. Her classes are rhythmic and robust, integrating the media of energy and calm position with attention to what is present in body constitution, mindset, breath, and meditation. Through meaningful teachings and powerful practice, yoga creatively informs us that we can strengthen and refine the shape and quality of our body, mind and heart. Kanan is a masterful leader in yoga and meditation, and her therapy and coaching practice is integrative and solution based.

She is featured in print & film media including “Orgasmic Birth” and “Postpartum Yoga with Gurmukh.” Kanan also leads skillful teacher training program in yoga with Yoga Alliance certification, as well as prenatal and birth doula services.

Kanan taught college level yoga theory and practice as a adjunct professor, she  currently teaches yoga privately and small group settings and is focused on her therapy and coaching business to help others seeking a clear path forward and to live their best life.


Satya Scainetti is the founder and designer of Satya Jewelry. A philanthropist, yoga teacher and Reiki healer, Satya lives a lifestyle dedicated to giving back to the world community. Satya built a devoted global following creating beautiful, inspiring and meaningful jewelry. She started teaching the sacred art of mala making over 12 years ago after opening up Golden Bridge Yoga with Gurmukh. Weaving iin the power of Kundalini yoga, meditation and prayer her teachings have helped many to tap into their creative spark within. Satya’s background in social work and passion for early childhood education sparked the creation of the Satya Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides children all over the world with hope, change and the opportunity to fulfill their destinies.



What are the dates of the retreat? October 9-15th.

What time is arrival, and departure? Check in time is 11 AM. Checkout time is noon.

Do I need to be vaccinated or show proof of a negative test to attend this retreat? Vaccinations are not required; however, we do require proof of a negative test within 48 hours of arriving at Casa Om. Are flights included in this cost? No, flight is not included, your flight must be booked separately. The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN).

How do I get from the airport to Casa Om? There is a shuttle bus that can be booked in advance with this link: . You also have the option to take a taxi which will be around $50 USD. Casa Om is located about 20 minutes from the airport.

How will my room be assigned to me? Rooms will be assigned with intention based upon your questionnaire responses that are to be completed after making a deposit/payment. We want you to feel comfortable, so if you are coming into this solo, we will pair you with your best fit. If you are coming with a friend, please make note of that in your questionnaire, so we can pair you together.

Is food included? Breakfast and dinner are included. Lunch is not. At Casa Om we run a full gourmet vegetarian kitchen. The food is delicious! We offer extensive Mexican, Thai, New American and Lebanese food options. All dishes are prepared with a healthy yogic lifestyle in mind. We offer gluten free and vegan options as well. There is free time every day from 12-4pm to grab lunch nearby. Here is a list of restaurants:

Do I need to have yoga experience to attend? No, not at all. We ask that you come with an open mind!

Do I need to bring my own yoga equipment? No, yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets will be provided.
