FAQ

What is Creating Miracles with Malas?

Creating Miracles with Malas is Satya Scainetti’s signature intention-setting workshop. Guided by Satya, participants explore the meaning of healing gemstones, mantra, meditation, and the mindful practice of mala making.

The workshop is designed to help you pause, reflect, and create a personal mala or mala bracelet infused with intention. It honors the mala as a sacred meditation tool while inviting each participant to connect with their own truth and spiritual practice.

What do you make during a Creating Miracles with Malas workshop?

Depending on the workshop format, you may create either a full mala necklace or a mala bracelet using meaningful gemstones selected to support your intention.

Each piece is designed to serve as a reminder of your mantra, your intention, and the energy you want to carry forward.

What is a mala?

A mala is a traditional string of prayer beads used to support mantra repetition, meditation, and intention-setting. A full mala is most commonly made with 108 beads, a number traditionally considered sacred in Hindu, Buddhist, and yogic practices. As each bead passes through the fingers, the mala helps the practitioner stay present, count mantra repetitions, and return to their breath and intention. LEARN MORE HOW TO USE YOUR MALA

What is the difference between a full mala and a mala bracelet?

A traditional full mala is a meditation necklace made with 108 beads and is often used for mantra repetition, meditation, and intention-setting. As each bead passes through the fingers, it helps quiet the mind and bring awareness back to the breath, mantra, or prayer.

A mala bracelet is a smaller, wearable version inspired by the same practice. Many mala bracelets are made with 27 beads, exactly one-quarter of a full mala. To complete 108 mantra repetitions with a 27-bead bracelet, you circle the bracelet four times.

Are Satya Jewelry workshops offered in person or online?

Yes. Creating Miracles with Malas workshops may be offered both in person and online, depending on the event.

In-person workshops create space for gathering, connection, and hands-on guidance. Online workshops allow you to experience the practice from wherever you are, with workshop details and materials shared in advance.

Do I need experience with meditation or mala making?

No. Satya workshops are open to all levels. You do not need prior experience with meditation, mantra repetition, gemstones, or mala making.

Each workshop is designed to be welcoming and supportive, while honoring the traditions that have inspired the mala practice.

What happens during a Satya mala workshop?

During a Satya mala workshop, you will be guided through intention-setting, gemstone meaning, mantra, meditation, and the creation of your mala or mala bracelet.

The experience is designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and create a meaningful piece that supports your personal journey.

What makes Satya's Creating Miracles with Malas workshop meaningful?

Satya workshops bring the heart of the brand to life through intention, meditation, mantra, healing gemstones, and meaningful adornment.

Each experience is created to honor the mala as a sacred meditation tool while helping participants create or choose a personal talisman for the journey ahead. Satya’s brand is rooted in jewelry designed with intention, handcrafted with care, and created to empower each wearer’s path.
