ORDERING

We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Affirm 

We want you to receive your Satya Jewelry purchase ASAP. In turn, we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every attempt to honor your request. Order cancellation is not guaranteed.

Credit cards and Paypal are charged at the time of shipment. Affirm and E-Gift Cards are charged at time of order placement. 

All of our online ordering processes use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information.  

 You enter the code on the checkout page, not in the cart. Simply enter your promotional code when prompted during the checkout process. Promotional codes may have some exclusions so please check the terms and conditons for the promotion. Promo codes cannot be applied towards previous orders, therefore we do not offer price adjustments.

All items are packaged in a pouch with a meaning card. We are pleased to offer additional gift wrapping, a Go Green option, On the page of every product, there is a box option that reads "is this a gift?" Please check the box and an optional gift message will appear.  Please be advised that gift boxes and gift messages can not be added after purchase. These options must be selected on the product page 

If you have a Satya Jewelry account, simply log in and select “My Orders” from the menu. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.  Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email and ship confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. You can purchase an e-gift card online in any of the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, 150, 200, by clicking here. It can be sent directly to the recipient by entering their contact info when prompted. Kindly note, they are not redeemable in our Boutiques or retail locations. Please note: Gift cards cannot be combined with promotions/coupon codes. 

JEWELRY

We do not sell individual components or half-pairs of earrings. We also do not offer customized chain lengths. All jewelry is sold as is. 

If an item you are interested in is out of stock, on the page of the item, there is an option that reads "NOTFIY ME WHEN AVAILABLE". Plase sign up for restock notices. If the item gets restocked you will be one of the first to know!

We strive to source the highest quality, authentic gemstones to make your piece of Satya Jewelry as meaningful as it is beautiful. As a result, all of our healing gemstones come in variations of color, pattern, and texture. We consider that these variations are what make your piece of jewelry that little bit extra special and unique—a reflection of you. 

Storing Your Jewelry - When you are not wearing Satya Jewelry, it should be stored in an airtight plastic bag. This will prevent tarnishing and scratching. 

While Wearing Your Jewelry - Exposure to water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat and humidity and cleaning agents may cause discoloration and affect the finish of the jewelry.

How to Clean Your Jewelry - After much research, we have found that polishing papers work best to restore luster to our sterling silver pieces.  Sterling silver pieces can be cleaned best with our polishing paper. Gold plated jewelry cannot be cleaned. 

Satya Jewelry is hand-crafted in India, Thailand the USA. 

We partner with talented artisans from rich jewelry making traditions in India and Thailand to create our cast jewelry pieces. We are proud of our partnerships with these factories, where the people who make Satya Jewelry earn a fair living wage and are employed under safe working conditions.

Assembly - Satya Jewelry is hand crafted. 80% of Satya Jewelry is assembled/finished in USA.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed. All Next Day Air orders must be submitted be by 11am EST to be dispatched same day.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Satya Jewelry and any original shipping time estimates.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Satya Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

GIFTS

If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form.  To prevent penalty by law we are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels.

RETURNS

Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff while processing your returns which has caused delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

We pride ourselves in offering some of the best jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. Satya Jewelry gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 14 days from delivery date.

 

Returns must post marked within 14 days of original ship date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for return to be processed

 

To initiate a return, Please visit our RETURNS CENTER . A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. 

 

FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE, LIMITED EDITION, GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. GIFT BOXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned at Satya Jewelry store locations.

 

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

To initiate a return, Please visit our RETURNS CENTER . A rep will get back to you within 3-4 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount.  

We only accepted qualifed returns purchased from Satyajewelry.com. We do not accept returns from the store or any other retailer selling Satya Jewelry. 

For US orders, if you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. International customers are responsible for their own return label.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. International returns may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us. 

From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes  12-14 business days for returns to process. Once processed, you will be sent a confirmation notice on the return.  

As Satya Jewelry we stand behind our product, which is why we offer a one year warranty on full price items purchased only on our website and at our Columbus Circle store. Jewelry is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to damage by recipient or has been altered in anyway. We will repair, or at our option, replace any defective Satya Jewelry with the same or a comparable model ONE TIME ONLY.  final sale, sample sale, limited edition, or sale items,  are not under warranty and can not be repaired or replaced.

 

Please Note:

  • The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair/replacement.
  • We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.
  • We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • All beads including charm must be available to be eligible for a restring of a bracelet and mala. Please email customerservice@satyajewelry.com with your order number, and a photo of the damaged item to initiate the repair process.
