Our Warranty

S A T Y A  J E W E L R Y  offers a one year warranty on regular price items purchased through our boutiques and website. We offer a limited warranty on items purchased during One of A Kind and Sample Sale Events. Jewelry is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. We will repair, or at our option, replace any defective Satya Jewelry with the same or a comparable model.

If you purchased a Satya Jewelry item from a third-party store or retailer, please contact the store from which you purchased it.



Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. Please be aware items purchased during One of A Kind and Sample Sale Event may not be able to be repaired or replaced.   Repair or replacement will be based on availability of materials.

Mala’s, Fine Jewelry, bracelets and Treasure box pieces in need of repair will be assessed by our repairs department.  Within two weeks of receipt of your repair you will be contacted with an estimated cost.  Repair times on Mala’s, Fine Jewelry and Treasure Box will be 6-12 weeks.  Satya Jewelry does not offer replacement or repair on items purchased at Private or Sample Sale(s) at this time.
