18kt Gold Plate
To preserve the finish on your signature 18kt gold-plated jewelry, do not apply perfume, hairspray, or deodorant before wearing your jewelry, as certain chemicals may damage the finish. Always remove your jewelry before bathing, working out, swimming in pools or in the ocean or washing your hands. Use a gentle cloth to clean off dirt or debris.
18kt gold-plated jewelry should never be cleaned in water, jewelry cleaning solution, or with abrasive cleansers. Instead, use a jewelry cloth to gently remove dirt and debris.
Sterling Silver
Our sterling silver jewelry can be cleaned with polishing papers to remove tarnish and restore its sheen. While sterling silver can also be rinsed in water and mild soap, keeping it out of contact with harsh detergents, salt or chlorine water, and personal care products and perfumes will help protect it from damage and tarnishing.
Fine 14kt Gold
Experience the lasting beauty and durability of our 14kt solid gold jewelry. Unlike 18kt gold, which is softer and prone to scratches and bends, 14kt gold is resilient and perfect for everyday wear. With proper care, your treasured pieces can endure a lifetime and beyond. Remember, though, to treat your jewelry with love—vigorous activities or exercise might cause damage.
When you’re not wearing your beloved jewelry, store it in a safe, dry place, away from direct sunlight to keep it pristine.
Our 14kt gold jewelry is designed to last a lifetime, but it does benefit from gentle care and occasional polishing. To keep your pieces sparkling, clean them gently with a soft-bristled brush or cloth using warm water and a soap free from harsh detergents. Avoid abrasive cleaners, and feel confident using ultrasonic cleaners to maintain their shine.
Gemstones
Satya Jewelry uses only genuine gemstones of the highest quality. To protect the beauty of your gemstone jewelry, avoid contact with beauty and personal care products, perfume, harsh cleaning products, or any product that contains derivatives of alcohol.

Jewelry Storage
To keep your Satya Jewelry from tarnishing, always be sure it’s dry before storing. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight plastic bag. This will prevent tarnishing and scratching, which can affect the beauty of your Satya Jewelry.

All Fine Jewelry has a lifetime warranty.
Jewelry is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to damage by the recipient or has been altered in any way.
We will repair, or at our option, replace any defective Satya Jewelry with the same or a comparable model one time only. Final sale, sample sale, limited edition, or sale items, are not under warranty and cannot be repaired or replaced. Please contact customerservice@satyajewelry.com if your jewelry tarnishes or needs repair with your order number and a photo of the item.
