1. Eligibility
The Satya Jewelry Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Satya Jewelry, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family or household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on November 19, 2025 at 9:00AM PST and ends on December 15, 2025 at 11:59PM PST. (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting their email address through the Satya Jewelry email popup or entry form available at satyajewelry.com. By submitting an email address, the entrant sets an intention of participation and allows their entry to flow into the drawing. Once submitted, this action constitutes one (1) eligible entry into the Promotion.
All required fields on the entry form must be completed. Entrants must use a valid email address for their entry to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Automated, bulk, or third-party submissions are not permitted and will be void.
5. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without submitting an email address, mail a postcard containing your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be received by December 10, 2025 to be eligible.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) Satya Jewelry Gift Card valued at $888
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $888
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or substitution will be offered except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 16, 2025 from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via email at the address provided during entry within 72 hours of selection.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where permitted by law.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation. In New York, such consent will be obtained in the winner’s signed release.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for technical or platform issues of any kind.
11. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release Satya Jewelry and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited.
12. Disputes
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved individually (not via class action) exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York county], and participants consent to such jurisdiction.
