If you received your Satya Jewelry order and are not satisfied with it, you are welcome to return it to our headquarters within 14 days of the ship date for a refund less shipping (if applicable), to the original method of payment. Please return your jewelry with this form .

The item(s) may only be returned within 14 days of receipt, returns after 14 days will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s shipping cost.

We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been received; please note that it may take 7-10 business days from the date you received this email for the funds to be available in your account. If returning for credit, a Satya Jewelry online code will be emailed to you in the amount of the items received. If it is a gift, please include the gift giver’s full name or email address to search for order information. If you do not have this information, we’re happy to help! Exchanges can be processed in the Satya Jewelry stores for merchandise or in-store credit, you must show invoice for proof of purchase.

Exclusions – Charity, Design your own Necklaces, Sample Sale, Sale, & Items with a Final Sale price adjustment are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for refund. SatyaJewelry.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Satya Jewelry offers a one-time replacement or one-time repair within the first year of purchase due to a manufacturer defect.  If your purchase was made at a non Satya Jewelry location, please return your item to the point of purchase as it may be covered under a different policy.  Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. Please be aware items purchased during One of A Kind and Sample Sale Event may not be able to be repaired or replaced.   Repair or replacement will be based on availability of materials.

 Mala’s, Fine Jewelry, bracelets and Treasure box pieces in need of repair will be assessed by our repairs department.  Within two weeks of receipt of your repair you will be contacted with an estimated cost.  Repair times on Mala’s, Fine Jewelry and Treasure Box will be 6-12 weeks.  Satya Jewelry does not offer replacement or repair on items purchased at Private or Sample Sale(s) at this time.
