RETURN POLICY

We pride ourselves in offering some of the best jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. Satya Jewelry gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 14 days from delivery date.

We fully support EU Right of Withdrawal. EU customers can initiate their returns here.

US and international returns (outside of the EU) must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. Orders postmarked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders postmarked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 business days for return to be processed

To initiate a US purchase return, please visit our US RETURNS CENTER. 

A customer service representative will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please ensure your return is securely packaged in a sturdy box to protect the item during transit. Returns sent in envelopes or inadequately packaged, resulting in damage, will not be eligible for a refund.

International purchases and returns are handled by our international shipping partner Global-e. We fully support the EU Right of Withdrawal legislation. 

US and international purchases (outside of the EU) of merchandise marked FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE and/or LIMITED EDITION are final sale and not refundable. US and international purchases (outside of the EU) of gift cards and gift boxes are final sale and not refundable.

US and international order (outside of the EU) shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
